Trading foreign exchange (Forex) involves substantial risk and is not suitable for all participants. You acknowledge and agree that trading may result in partial or total loss of capital.

The Forex League does not provide investment advice, trading signals, or financial recommendations for players.
All trading decisions are made solely by the participant.

By registering for any Forex League tournament, combine, or event, you acknowledge that:

• You are trading at your own risk
• You are solely responsible for all trading activity and outcomes
• The Forex League, its organizers, affiliates, partners, and representatives are not liable for any losses, damages, or financial outcomes, whether direct or indirect

Participation in The Forex League is voluntary and conducted at the participant’s own discretion.

No Liability

By participating in The Forex League, you agree to release and hold harmless The Forex League, its officers, employees, partners, and affiliates from any and all claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Trading activity
• Market conditions
• Platform outages
• Execution errors
• Personal trading decisions

You accept full responsibility for your trading actions before, during, and after any League event.

Non-Compete & Exclusivity Clause

By completing registration and submitting payment, you agree to the following non-compete terms:

• Participants are contractually committed to The Forex League for a period of six (6) months from the date of registration
• During this period, participants may not:
  • Compete in or promote a directly competing trading league, tournament, or team-based trading competition
  • Represent themselves as affiliated with another trading league that offers a substantially similar competitive format

This clause does not restrict:

• Personal trading
• Trading education
• Content creation
• Employment unrelated to competing leagues

The purpose of this clause is to protect the integrity, structure, and competitive ecosystem of The Forex League.

Registration & Payment Policy

• All registration fees are:
• Non-refundable once paid
• Required for participation
• Considered acceptance of all League rules, policies, and terms

Failure to comply with League rules, conduct standards, or eligibility requirements may result in disqualification without refund.

• You accept full responsibility for your participation
